Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for business adaptation to future paradigms
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present executive-level foresight reports and trend briefings to stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Design immersive future-state simulations and strategic workshops
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, keynotes, and industry publications
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio of published futurist work or strategic innovation projects
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
