- Design strategic roadmaps for emerging technology adoption across enterprise divisions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Deliver executive briefings on disruptive threats and opportunities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Develop future-proofing frameworks for business continuity and growth
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or technology foresight roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into executable strategies
- Experience with futures thinking frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Social Sciences preferred
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFMP, CIP)
