Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, and Web3.0 ecosystems
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps and innovation portfolios aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking across engineering, product, and marketing teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members with data-driven insights
- Manage innovation KPIs and ROI tracking for future-readiness initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology disruptions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology, blockchain)
- Proven track record of developing technology roadmaps beyond 5-year horizons
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and systemic risk modeling
