As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll pioneer methodologies for anticipating societal shifts, technological disruptions, and market opportunities. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-readiness across product development, sustainability initiatives, and customer experience design.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their impact on industry landscapes through horizon scanning
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026-2030 market conditions and competitive threats
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author thought leadership reports on disruptive technologies and societal transformation
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with future human needs
- Establish KPIs for future readiness and track progress against strategic innovation milestones
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Mastery of emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published research on future trends or innovation strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives
