As a key member of our C-suite think tank, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, neurotech pioneers, and climate AI specialists to build actionable frameworks for the next decade. Your insights will directly influence $500M+ investment decisions and shape our portfolio of disruptive ventures.
Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data from global innovation labs to identify paradigm-shifting trends post-2025
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, synthetic biology, and ambient intelligence
- Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and venture capital teams
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at Davos/WEF-style forums
- Build scenario-planning models for climate-tech disruption and workforce evolution
- Advise C-suite on ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Partner with venture studio teams to incubate moonshot ventures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year future-oriented roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in HBR/For/MIT Tech Review or equivalent
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Deloitte Tech Trends)
- Strong network with academic institutions (MIT Media Lab, Singularity University) or innovation hubs
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
