- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing business models
- Design and launch experimental ventures using emerging technologies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in strategic foresight methodologies
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into R&D priorities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation consulting or corporate strategy with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures narratives
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation strategy
- Experience designing and scaling innovation ecosystems
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
