Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological paradigms (quantum, AI, synthetic biology) and their market implications for 2026+
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Produce strategic whitepapers and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-readiness across organizational DNA
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced trend-analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial products or services
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Experience with foresight tools (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, System Dynamics)
- Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite decisions through compelling narratives
- Portfolio of successful innovation projects launched in the last 5 years
