Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs for market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI-driven, blockchain-secured, and quantum-enhanced solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage R&D budget allocation for high-impact future-tech initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or R&D leadership with proven 5-year horizon impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Published thought leadership on future trends (patents, white papers, TED talks)
- Experience scaling experimental projects to enterprise-level adoption
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futurist Studies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting preferred
