Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruptions in quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (e.g., quantum-secure AI systems, neural interfaces)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for emerging technological risks and opportunities
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Mentor junior futurists through our 'FutureVision' incubator program
- Secure patents and publish white papers on disruptive technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with proven track record of launching breakthrough products
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, advanced AI, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, patent analytics)
- PhD or equivalent in relevant field (preferred) with demonstrated thought leadership
- Strong background in ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published research or patents in high-impact journals/conferences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major technology commercialization successes
