Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging technology trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for breakthrough research
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal innovation incubator program
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology leadership
