Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to produce strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Develop quantitative and qualitative forecasting models for emerging market opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor innovation teams on foresight methodologies and agile transformation practices
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry think tanks
- Drive ethical frameworks for emerging technologies to ensure responsible innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic plans
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, clean energy)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives with measurable impact
