Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and sustainable innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Produce evidence-based trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic concepts into commercial offerings
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in AI ethics, climate tech, or digital transformation frameworks
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies (IEEE, Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping environments
