Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with corporate vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototypical solutions for emerging domains (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and industry disruptors
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop implementation frameworks for scaling breakthrough innovations across global markets
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor innovation specialists and foster a culture of experimental learning
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum systems, AI ethics, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation funding
- Presentation skills for executive audiences and international forums
- Certification in Futures Methodology or Technology Foresight preferred
