Responsibilities

- Develop and execute 10-year innovation roadmaps aligned with global sustainability and human augmentation trends
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight analysis into corporate strategy and investment decisions
- Manage a portfolio of moonshot projects with $50M+ R&D budgets, overseeing from concept to market launch
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and government innovation labs to accelerate breakthrough discoveries
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders using immersive VR/AR visualization technologies
- Mentor a team of futurists, data scientists, and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or emerging technology domains
- 10+ years in strategic innovation leadership with proven track record of launching transformative products
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of 2026+ tech convergence points (quantum-AI-biotech interfaces)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
