Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption windows
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and investment stakeholders
- Drive patent portfolios and intellectual property strategy for future-proof technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Futures journal within past 3 years
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
- Proficiency in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
