- Lead cross-cultural teams across 5+ innovation hubs worldwide
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic futurism or R&D leadership
- Published author or keynote speaker on exponential technologies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- PhD or equivalent in emerging fields (e.g., AI ethics, climate tech, synthetic biology)
- Track record of scaling innovations from concept to global market adoption
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of 3+ industry-defining tech innovations post-2020
