Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present visionary concepts to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee pilot programs and scale successful innovations globally
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough innovations
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling skills
- Strong background in cross-functional team leadership
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation
- Experience with global stakeholder management and executive communication
