Responsibilities
- Forecast and map technology trends through 2030, identifying disruptive innovations with 10+ year impact horizons
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping sessions with NASA, MIT, and Alphabet X collaborators
- Develop patentable frameworks for human-AI symbiosis and quantum-encrypted neural interfaces
- Present annual 'State of the Future' briefings to Fortune 500 executives and UN technology councils
- Architect ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and synthetic biology applications
- Mentor a global cohort of PhD fellows through our Horizon Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Computational Sociology with 8+ years applied experience
- Published author in Journal of Futures Research or equivalent peer-reviewed futurism publications
- Proven track record of commercializing technologies with 15+ year adoption cycles
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotechnology convergence
- Keynote speaker at Davos, Web Summit, or equivalent global innovation forums
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for international stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of 3+ patented technologies with $50M+ commercial impact
