Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruptions and opportunities
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech)
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and geopolitical impacts on future business models
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term corporate vision
- Manage a portfolio of futuristic projects from ideation to prototype validation
- Present foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to accelerate innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-focused technologies or business models
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities with data storytelling skills
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or Futurism preferred
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management highly desirable
