Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership at Fortune 500/tech scale-ups
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 3+ year market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
