Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch pilot programs targeting 2026 adoption curves
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups, academic institutions, and government bodies
- Present foresight analyses to the board and executive leadership, driving data-driven strategic decisions
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership content on 2026 industry trends and transformation strategies
- Manage the Innovation Lab's $5M annual budget for experimental technologies and moonshot projects
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and technology conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 5-10 year market impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, bio-digital interfaces, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or Business with specialization in innovation
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive board experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio of published futurist work or industry transformation frameworks
