Responsibilities

- Analyze exponential technology trends and geopolitical factors to inform strategic decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global research labs for cutting-edge collaboration
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage the 2026 Innovation Lab budget and resource allocation for experimental projects
- Champion a culture of calculated risk-taking and rapid prototyping within the organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurism roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 2026+ technology roadmaps
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced materials)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and predict technology adoption curves
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to executive audiences

- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M with measurable ROI
