Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ innovation strategy, aligning with emerging tech trends and market disruptions
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, biotech integration, and AI autonomy to identify breakthrough opportunities
- Architect blueprints for next-gen digital ecosystems, including metaverse frameworks and decentralized networks
- Present strategic vision to C-suite stakeholders and external investors through compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and prototype developers
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to accelerate innovation cycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or equivalent experience with 8+ years in innovation leadership
- Proven track record in developing long-term tech roadmaps with successful commercialization outcomes
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, or spatial computing
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex socio-technical scenarios
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFP) or equivalent foresight training
- Experience scaling innovation programs in high-growth environments
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three future-focused projects launched since 2020
