Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop quantitative/qualitative models predicting industry evolution and market inflection points
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future intelligence into strategic planning
- Produce executive-ready trend briefings and scenario-planning frameworks
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting future business landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in predictive analytics, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience developing organizational foresight programs and frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) strongly preferred
