Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 trend frameworks across technology, sustainability, and socio-economic domains
- Produce strategic foresight reports for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with future market opportunities
- Design scenario-planning models for industry disruption and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Establish KPIs to track foresight initiatives' impact on business outcomes
- Represent the organization at global futures conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation roles with future focus
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience with AI/ML tools for predictive trend analysis
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures methodologies (e.g., from ACFC or Foresight Practitioner)
- Exceptional communication with ability to influence C-suite audiences
