Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and translate insights into actionable strategic frameworks
- Develop 5-10 year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizations for disruptive market shifts and regulatory changes
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and industry reports that set the agenda for 2026+ innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research with demonstrable impact
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (e.g., AI, synthetic biology, quantum systems)
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into executive-level strategic recommendations
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, Economics, or related field
- Exceptional scenario-planning and trend-analysis skills with portfolio of published work
- Experience advising C-suite executives on disruptive technology adoption strategies
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Boston, Shenzhen, etc.)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
