- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Report' for executive board and investor presentations
- Build and maintain a network of industry futurists and academic researchers
- Advise R&D teams on emerging technologies requiring long-term investment
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial strategy
- Deep understanding of emerging tech stacks (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level storytelling
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS) or equivalent professional training
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ impact analysis for Fortune 500 clients
