Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, bio-integrated systems, and interplanetary infrastructure
- Design scalable sustainability frameworks that achieve net-zero goals by 2026
- Architect ethical AI governance systems aligned with emerging global regulations
- Partner with governments to shape policy frameworks for autonomous systems and space exploration
- Drive adoption of neuro-ergonomic interfaces in industrial and consumer applications
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for climate-resilient urban ecosystems
- Develop commercialization strategies for breakthrough technologies including fusion energy and synthetic biology
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent strategic discipline with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in implementing multi-year transformational initiatives (2018-2023 preferred)
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, climate modeling, or space logistics
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals on technological convergence
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Certification in ethical AI governance frameworks (IEEE, EU AI Act)
- Experience securing federal grants for emerging technologies ($5M+ projects)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 technology foresight accuracy
