Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological shifts (AI, quantum computing, bio-integration)
- Develop predictive models simulating societal and market impacts of emerging innovations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align product roadmaps with future ecosystem requirements
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite on disruptive threats and opportunities
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and technological uncertainties
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify next-gen investment targets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, emerging tech analysis, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and predictive analytics
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into business strategy
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) preferred
