Responsibilities

- Develop data-driven scenarios and strategic recommendations for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future opportunities and risks
- Produce high-impact reports and visualizations communicating complex future-state analyses
- Identify and evaluate new market entry opportunities and competitive threats
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into actionable innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and quantitative forecasting methodologies
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis software
- Demonstrated success translating future insights into business strategy and ROI
- Strong presentation skills with C-suite experience
- Deep understanding of US market dynamics and global megatrends
