Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with global market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and implementing next-gen solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Collaborate with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich research institutions
- Drive innovation through quarterly hackathons and technology summits
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on tech adoption
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in leading enterprise-level tech transformation
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder management
- Certified in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) and AI Ethics
