Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology foresight frameworks for AI, blockchain, and quantum computing convergence
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype and validate disruptive tech solutions
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with market expansion goals
- Build and manage a global network of innovation scouts and academic collaborators
- Translate complex tech concepts into compelling executive narratives and investment pitches
- Architect governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and quantum security
- Drive M&A strategy for emerging tech startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record leading cross-functional innovation initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., CFP, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience scaling tech prototypes to enterprise-level solutions
- Exceptional stakeholder management with C-suite/board experience
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents/articles)
