Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns business goals with emerging trends in AI, automation, and quantum computing expected over the next 3-5 years.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee experimental projects aimed at developing proprietary technologies that will define the industry standard by 2026.
- Talent Acquisition: Build and lead a high-performance team of futurists, engineers, and data scientists passionate about innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technological visions to C-suite executives and investors to secure funding and buy-in for long-term initiatives.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech landscapes to identify disruptive technologies before they become mainstream.
- Prototyping & Validation: Spearhead the creation of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) for futuristic concepts to validate feasibility.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Systems Architecture, or Product Management within the tech industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning paradigms, and future computing architectures (e.g., Quantum, Neuromorphic).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying emerging market trends and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale R&D budgets.
