Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, neurotech) and assess commercial viability
- Develop future-proof product frameworks and transition strategies for legacy systems
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and product teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build and mentor a cross-functional innovation task force focused on 2026 deliverables
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record in anticipating and capitalizing on emerging tech trends
