Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial computing) for strategic integration
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with tech incubators and research institutions
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology deployment
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future tech adoption methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, metaverse, AGI)
- Proven track record of executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI projection
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Experience scaling technology in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation
