Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap with 5-year strategic foresight
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI/ML, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Establish industry partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and research institutions
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Drive innovation sprints focused on climate-tech and digital sovereignty
- Mentor emerging talent in our Future Leaders Accelerator Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in executive leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Futures Planning
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or HBR post-2020
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, R, or Java)
- Experience securing federal/state grants for R&D initiatives
