Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for the 2026 innovation cycle, aligning product goals with emerging technologies.
- Technology Assessment: Evaluate and prototype emerging technologies (GenAI, Web3, Edge Computing) to determine their viability for enterprise integration.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and C-level executives to drive buy-in for new initiatives.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic planning role.
