- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum, bio-digital interfaces, Web4.0)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive threats and opportunities across 15+ emerging tech domains
- Design governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board committees
- Manage innovation pipeline with $5M+ annual R&D budget allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI, and decentralized systems
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP-V, Delphi method)
