Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology integration frameworks
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption cycles
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Design governance protocols for autonomous systems and ethical AI implementation
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford research labs on emerging tech validation
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TF) from World Future Society
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets for experimental initiatives
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
