Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies with 2026+ market potential (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate technological trends into actionable product features
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Present technology impact assessments and adoption recommendations to executive leadership
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech deployment strategies
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of technological curiosity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching products based on emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, quantum applications, neurotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy (e.g., CEIM) preferred
