- Secure $2M+ in R&D funding through compelling investment proposals
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers in ethical tech deployment frameworks
- Drive patent development for at least 3 breakthrough innovations annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic tech planning at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/neuro/AI)
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from lab to market
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Strong financial modeling skills for R&D budget optimization
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Experience with agile development in research environments
