Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, generative AI, and spatial computing
- Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and experimental technology validation
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into commercial solutions
- Mentor technical teams on future-proof development methodologies and ethical tech practices
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and innovation opportunities to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, AR/VR, or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical expertise
- Strong background in systems architecture and distributed computing paradigms
