- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026-era technologies including quantum-resistant cryptography and AGI frameworks
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical deployment of autonomous systems
- Drive innovation sprints with partners in quantum computing and nanotechnology
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through federal grants and private partnerships
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and researchers in emerging tech disciplines
- Present findings at global tech summits and publish in IEEE journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record leading $20M+ R&D initiatives in emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or blockchain 3.0
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Security clearance eligibility for DoD/NIH collaborations
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Experience with AWS Braket, IBM Quantum, or equivalent platforms
- Strong background in ethics of autonomous systems and AI alignment
