Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven future-tech roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains (AI/ML, Quantum, Blockchain, Biotech)
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or equivalent tier publications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network with academic research labs and venture capital communities
