Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with emerging industry trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, biotech interfaces, climate tech)
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Drive R&D initiatives targeting 2030 technological breakthroughs
- Present vision and progress to C-suite and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies leadership
- Proven track record in quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate tech innovation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with international tech policy frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research or patents in future-facing technologies
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, Rust, or equivalent)
