- Manage $15M+ R&D budget for next-gen technology incubation programs
- Foster strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech pioneers
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology implications and adaptation strategies
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics with 10+ years in tech leadership
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps with 5+ year implementation horizons
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or spatial computing architectures
- Experience managing enterprise-level innovation budgets exceeding $10M
- Published research in peer-reviewed technology journals or patents in emerging fields
- Exceptional strategic communication skills translating complex concepts to stakeholders
