- Establish KPIs and metrics to track strategy implementation and ROI of innovation initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for major investments
- Build and manage an internal innovation lab focused on prototyping 2026-viable technologies
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable impact
