Qualifications

- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to $10M+ ARR
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture
