- Develop integrated technology roadmaps aligning with 5-year business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and executive teams to translate tech insights into actionable strategies
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups, patents, and research for partnership opportunities
- Present future tech scenarios to stakeholders and drive consensus on investment priorities
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption impact on business growth
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and competitive technology landscape analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to non-technical executives
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future trends
