Responsibilities

- Lead market research on emerging tech trends (metaverse, neuromorphic computing, climate tech)
- Design strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley innovators and academic research labs
- Present futuristic technology frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and mentor a specialized innovation lab team of 12+ engineers and researchers
- Oversee $15M+ annual R&D budget allocation for disruptive tech experiments
- Produce quarterly impact reports on technology adoption ROI and market disruption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 market-disrupting tech initiatives
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, and quantum computing implementation frameworks
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Certification in Technology Strategy (CTS) or Innovation Management
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones
- Portfolio of patented technologies or commercialized innovations
